Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Little Routines keeps as local app content, when Apple services are involved, and what Tyche Ventures can and cannot access.

Local app content

Profiles, routines, progress, rewards, and optional selected photos are stored in the app’s local container.

Not sent to Tyche

Little Routines does not send profile, routine, progress, reward, or photo content to Tyche Ventures.

Apple services

StoreKit communicates with Apple for subscriptions, and Apple-managed backups may copy local app data.

No ads or analytics SDK

The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

1. Overview

Tyche Ventures LLC (“Tyche Ventures,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the Little Routines iOS app (the “App”). The App is free to download and offers optional Premium subscriptions. This policy describes the App’s current data practices.

2. Intended audience and supervised child use

The App is intended to be downloaded, configured, and managed by parents, guardians, and caregivers. It includes a supervised Kid Mode that an adult may let a child use. It is not designed for children to create an account, communicate with others, make purchases, or use independently.

Little Routines does not require a Tyche Ventures account and does not ask a child to send personal information to us. An adult controls the profile and routine information entered in the App.

3. Local app content

Information created in the App is stored in its local app container. Depending on how you use Little Routines, this may include:

  • Profile details such as names, ages, avatars, and colors;
  • Routines, tasks, timers, starter-pack selections, and customizations;
  • Completion history, stars, reward definitions, and redemptions;
  • Settings, including Kid Mode exit preferences; and
  • Optional photos you select for use in the App.

The App does not send this profile, routine, progress, reward, settings, or photo content to Tyche Ventures. We do not operate a Little Routines account service or a server-side database for that content.

4. Optional photos

If you choose to add a photo, Apple’s system photo picker lets you select a specific image without giving Little Routines permission to browse your full photo library. The selected image becomes part of the App’s local content. Little Routines does not send the selected image to Tyche Ventures.

5. Apple services, subscriptions, and backups

StoreKit and the App Store

Little Routines uses Apple StoreKit for optional Premium subscriptions. StoreKit communicates with Apple to load products and current terms, determine introductory-offer eligibility, process and verify purchases, maintain subscription access, and restore purchases. Apple processes payment and Apple Account information under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Tyche Ventures does not receive your full payment-card information or billing address.

Apple-managed backups

Your device may include Little Routines local app content—including optional selected photos—in backups managed through your Apple and device settings. Those backups are controlled by Apple and your settings, not by Tyche Ventures. An existing backup may retain a copy after content is removed from the device, according to Apple’s backup practices.

6. Support communications

If you email us for support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and any diagnostic details you provide. Please do not include a child’s personal information or private photos unless they are necessary and we specifically request an appropriate diagnostic detail. We use support communications to respond to and investigate the issue.

7. Analytics, tracking, and advertising

Little Routines does not include third-party analytics, behavioral-advertising, or cross-app tracking SDKs and does not display third-party advertisements. Apple may process App Store, StoreKit, device, backup, or diagnostic information under Apple’s own policies and the settings you select.

8. Data sharing and sale

Tyche Ventures does not receive or sell the profile, routine, progress, reward, settings, or photo content stored locally by the App. Information is processed by Apple when you use Apple services such as StoreKit or device backups, as described above. Information you voluntarily include in a support email is transmitted to the email providers involved in delivering that message.

9. Storage and security

Local app content benefits from the security protections available on your device, including its passcode or biometric settings and Apple’s built-in data protection. No device, software, backup, or transmission method is risk-free. Keeping iOS and Little Routines updated and protecting access to your device can help reduce risk.

10. Your choices and deletion

You can view and edit App content through the available Little Routines controls. You can delete individual content, use the App’s clear-data controls where available, or delete the App to remove its local container from the device. Apple-managed backups may retain copies according to your backup settings and Apple’s practices.

Because Tyche Ventures does not receive the App’s local profile, routine, progress, reward, settings, or photo content, we generally cannot access, correct, export, recover, or delete that content for you. Contact us if you have a question about a support communication or other information you believe Tyche Ventures received outside the App.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App or applicable requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
