BingoKeeps: Photo Bingo
Privacy Policy
Updated September 7, 2026
Tyche Ventures LLC develops BingoKeeps for making picture-bingo cards and caller sheets on Mac, iPhone and iPad.
Your games stay local. BingoKeeps has no Tyche account, app-operated cloud synchronization, ads, tracking or analytics SDK. It does not automatically send your games or photos to Tyche Ventures or an AI service.
Photos, labels and saved games
BingoKeeps stores the working draft and named games on the device where you create them. They can contain imported photo copies, labels, game names, print settings and the information needed to recreate card arrangements.
On Mac, you choose files through the system file picker; a filename can become the initial picture label. On iPhone and iPad, you choose pictures through Apple's Photos picker; initial labels such as Photo 1 are editable. The app does not store Photos-library identifiers or source URLs in your game. BingoKeeps creates normalized image copies without changing your originals or copying their source EXIF/GPS metadata. Removing metadata does not anonymize faces, visible information or labels; check those before sharing. Built-in templates do not require importing personal photos.
Printing, exports and other services
PDFs contain the game's pictures and labels. When you print, your device's system printing service and the destination you choose receive the print content. Save PDF, the mobile Share PDF action, saving to a cloud-synced folder, or device backups can create copies outside your device. Those destinations, backups and recipients have their own practices. BingoKeeps does not provide automatic game synchronization between devices.
Apple processes App Store purchases and distribution under Apple's Privacy Policy. Apple may make feedback or diagnostic information available to us; do not include sensitive photos in feedback. BingoKeeps does not request payment-card information or your Apple Account password. Opening a website or sending email uses your browser or email service.
Retention and deletion
Working edits, named saved games and exported PDFs are separate copies. Removing a picture from your working game does not remove it from an earlier saved snapshot or PDF; Save to My Games on iPhone/iPad or Save Changes on Mac updates the corresponding named game. Exports and backups remain until removed at their destinations. Offloading an iPhone/iPad app keeps its data; deleting it can remove local games. Removing the Mac application can leave local app data behind.
Contact support for guidance before removing all local data. We cannot remotely access, erase or recover your local games.
If you contact us
We receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and investigate, and retain them only as needed for support, security, necessary business records or legal obligations. Avoid sending private photos or other sensitive information. You may request deletion of support information we control, subject to lawful retention needs.
Protecting your information
Protect access to your device and exported files. No storage or transmission is completely secure. Adults preparing games should obtain appropriate permission before using or sharing someone else's photo, especially a child's.
