Contact support
Email support@tycheventuresllc.com with your app version, device model, macOS/iOS/iPadOS version, what you tried and the exact error. For printing issues, include paper size and printer model. Please omit private photos, children's information and sensitive filenames unless necessary. We cannot see your local games automatically.
Start your first game
- Choose Use my photos or Choose template. A printable game uses 16–40 pictures, with 16 on each player card.
- Review the picture labels and name your game. On iPhone or iPad, Next: Set up cards takes you straight to Step 2; Back to pictures returns to your photos.
- Choose 1–50 player cards and Letter or A4 paper, then Review print pack. Caller sheets include the whole picture pool. Saving an editable game is separate and is not required before printing.
- Choose Print to open your device's print options, or Save PDF to keep a printable file. On iPhone and iPad, the share icon in the preview opens Share PDF; Done returns to editing.
Do I have to save a PDF before printing?
No. After reviewing the pack, choose Print. On Mac, confirm the printer, landscape orientation, matching paper and scaling in the macOS print dialog. On iPhone or iPad, choose an available AirPrint printer and review the system print options. If no compatible printer is available, save or share the PDF for printing elsewhere. Canceling leaves your game and preview available. App confirmation means the system print request completed, not that paper necessarily emerged from the printer.
How do I save and reopen a game?
Your working draft autosaves on this device. On iPhone and iPad, Save to My Games keeps a named, editable game; use that same button to update it, including a changed title. It updates the existing game rather than creating a duplicate. A disabled button with a saved message means there are no changes to save. On Mac, the corresponding actions are Save Game and Save Changes.
You can save an unfinished game with fewer than 16 pictures and add more later. Open the named game in My Games to edit it or print the same arrangements again—no file search is needed. My Games is not a list of exported PDFs. New Game or choosing a replacement template asks about unsaved changes; cancel the confirmation to keep editing. If your system shows a popover without a Cancel row, tap outside it to cancel. Merely browsing templates does not replace the game.
Why is a picture missing from a card?
Each card contains 16 pictures. With a larger pool, a particular card uses only some of them; caller sheets include all pictures. With exactly 16 pictures, every card contains that same set in a different arrangement. Four in a row wins; ties are possible.
Why can't I review the print pack?
Check for fewer than 16 pictures, missing labels, overlong text or an import error. Supported imports are JPEG, PNG and HEIC up to 40 megapixels. Exact normalized duplicates are skipped. A low-resolution warning means the printed picture may look soft; use a clearer original if possible.
What if saving fails?
Keep the app open with your game, check available storage and retry using the message shown. Do not discard changes, reinstall or remove app data as the first troubleshooting step. Contact support if the message persists. We cannot restore local games from a Tyche cloud account because there is none.
How do I remove personal pictures?
Remove the picture from the working game; choose Save to My Games on iPhone/iPad or Save Changes on Mac if the corresponding named game should also change. Earlier PDFs, other saved games and backups may still contain it. Offloading an iPhone/iPad app keeps its data; deleting it can remove local games. On Mac, removing the app can leave its local data behind. Contact support before removing app data, and do not uninstall as a troubleshooting shortcut.
Is there a subscription or Restore Purchases button?
No. BingoKeeps is paid upfront through the App Store, without in-app purchases. For download, billing or refund help, use your App Store purchase history and Apple's support guidance. Your purchase is not a cloud backup of your games.
Does it work on iPhone or iPad?
Yes. BingoKeeps supports Mac (macOS 14 or later), iPhone (iOS 17 or later) and iPad (iPadOS 17 or later). Games stay on the device where you create them: automatic cross-device game synchronization is not included. Sharing a PDF does not transfer an editable game.
