Plan rooms with exact pieces
Create a property, set its dates and rooms, record access context, and reserve specific inventory for the plan.

Plan, move, and reconcile staging inventory.
Keep properties, rooms, exact pieces, routes, condition, and movement history in one local workspace built around the way staging inventory actually moves.
Built around operational truth
SetHarbor separates availability, physical location, condition, ownership, and lifecycle so one status does not have to stand in for everything.
Create a property, set its dates and rooms, record access context, and reserve specific inventory for the plan.
Work through pull, load, install, destage, return, move, receive, and audit tasks without losing the route or the next expected action.
Use the camera for your own opaque internal QR labels, or enter an item ID manually when scanning is not the right choice.
Inspect returning pieces, record condition, surface exceptions, and preserve the movement history behind the current state.
Saved task progress helps a move continue from the right point after an interruption instead of starting the workflow over.
Create an inventory CSV only when you initiate it, review the file, and choose its destination through the system share sheet.
One connected operating loop
The workflow follows physical inventory rather than asking the team to translate a generic database into staging work.
Create the property and rooms, set dates, and reserve the exact pieces intended for the installation.
Confirm pieces as they move from storage to the vehicle, using an internal QR label or manual ID.
Record what reaches each property and room, including moves, direct rolls, and exceptions.
Destage, receive, inspect condition, and reconcile the piece with its next physical location.
Evaluate before expanding
There is no evaluation time limit. Apple StoreKit shows the localized price, billing period, renewal terms, and any eligible offer before a purchase is confirmed.
Use SetHarbor's operating workflow without creating a Tyche account.
Monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions are offered through Apple.
Private by structure
The current first-release design does not require an account or send your operational workspace to a Tyche Ventures server.
Projects, inventory, locations, conditions, notes, and movement history are kept in the app's local container. Core workflows can be used without a network connection.
SetHarbor contains no ads, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking and does not create a Tyche account.
The camera can read internal QR labels, and a chosen photo can identify a piece. Manual entry remains available; captured content stays local.
Apple StoreKit handles subscriptions. A CSV leaves the app only when the owner initiates an export and chooses a destination.
First-release scope
SetHarbor's first release is intentionally not a CRM, invoicing system, cloud team-sync service, AI cataloging tool, or RFID platform. The product page will be updated if that scope changes.
