Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 17, 2026

Tyche Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us") develops mobile applications for families. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across all of our apps (collectively, the "Apps"). Each App may also have its own app-specific privacy policy with additional details.

1. Age Requirement

Our Apps are intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction). Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.

All data you enter in our Apps — including profiles, names, preferences, photos, and any other content — is stored locally on your device only. We have no access to this data. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your personal information.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Some of our Apps are designed to help parents and caregivers manage activities for children. Any information about children entered into the Apps is:

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applicable privacy laws worldwide. Since we do not collect any data from children or adults, no parental consent mechanisms are required.

4. Device Permissions

Some of our Apps may request access to device features such as the camera, photo library, or notifications for specific functionality (e.g., barcode scanning, taking photos, routine reminders). All data captured through these features is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to any server or shared with third parties. You can revoke any permission at any time through your device's Settings.

5. Third-Party Services

Some of our Apps may interact with third-party services for specific features (e.g., product databases for barcode lookups, affiliate product links). When this occurs:

Apple App Store: Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or have access to your payment information, billing address, or Apple ID. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Amazon Associates: Some Apps contain links to products on Amazon.com using our affiliate tag. When you tap a product link, you are directed to Amazon. We do not receive any personal information about your purchases — only aggregated, anonymous sales data. Amazon's privacy practices are governed by Amazon's Privacy Notice.

6. Data Storage and Security

All App data is stored locally on your device using Apple's frameworks. Your data is protected by:

If you delete an App, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.

7. Data Breach Notification

Because all data is stored locally on your device and we do not operate servers or databases that store user information, the risk of a data breach from our systems is effectively zero. In the unlikely event that a vulnerability is discovered in any of our Apps that could compromise locally stored data, we will promptly disclose the issue via an App update and on our website, and provide guidance on how to protect your information.

8. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs in any of our Apps. We do not track your usage, behavior, location, or any other activity. We do not display advertisements. We do not use cookies. We do not create user profiles.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. We will never sell your data, and we have never sold user data. The only data that leaves your device is:

10. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full and complete control:

For California residents: Under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. Since we collect no personal information and sell no data, these rights are inherently satisfied.

For EU/EEA residents: Under the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Since all data is local to your device and we process no personal data, these rights are inherently satisfied.

11. Health, Safety, and Nutritional Disclaimer

Some of our Apps involve meal planning, food tracking, home maintenance, or child routines. These Apps are planning and organizational tools only and do not provide medical, nutritional, safety, or professional advice. Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and safety of any information used in connection with our Apps and should consult qualified professionals for health, dietary, or safety decisions.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

13. App-Specific Privacy Policies

Each of our Apps has its own privacy policy with details specific to that App's features and third-party services. Please refer to the privacy policy within each App or on its support page for additional information:
